Overlays are, in layman’s term, a higher version of those boring layouts on your Friendster, MySpace, Orkut, Facebook and other social networking profiles even for Boonex Dolphin. It offers a more savvy look to your pages and even website redirection to your other social network pages or even to your blog. The best thing about overlays is the ease and flexibility of putting your creative juices to life.
My first overlay project was for my friendster page. T’was a Tantra themed one and the succeeding projects were for my friends and most of them are for RPG games and emo, gothic and punk themes. Did some girly themes as well.
It’s been a year since I coded my last overlay so I’m planning to release a batch of it in this site all for free. Five themes are currently under way for Friendster, Hi5, Myspace, Orkut, Facebook and other social networking sites. (Naruto overlay, Bleach overlay, Cabal Online overlay, Ragnarok overlay and Perfect World overlay.
