Can it?

That’s not really the topic here and its not even the title I originally picked for this post. The first one has the words “cherry” and “pop” too but I decided for this one since it’s naughtier, don’t you think?

This is my first post here in my first Wordpress Blog hosted on my first domain so it’s kinda similar to popping cherries using fingers (typing). If you catch my drift.

My first blog, bendzgerona.blogspot.com, was started last 2004. I was not really into blogging then cause Tantra Philippines kept me busy. It was 2006 when I setup another blog, this one is hosted by Friendster and I ad also posted a handful of articles there.

After my term as ex-officio councilor of Maasin City, Southern Leyte last November 31, 2008, I decided to find another source of income so I can sustain my lifestyle without blowing my separation pay after deciding to be a full-time student again.

I, made me enough money to buy my own domain and pay for 2 months of web hosting via GoDaddy without spending a dime from my Credit Card. All of it came from my January earnings. I don’t really like GoDaddy cause most of the folks down at Entrecard forum said it’s no good for hosting but my PayPal funds could not afford BlueHost yet.

Getting my own dot com is one of my geeky dreams before, so finally having one now, is similar to the experience of the first time I popped a cherry. Ooops. Really, it does.

I opted for bendz [dot] com but since it’s not available anymore, I just added the first letter of my surname. I would have gone for bendzgerona but it’s not a good name when you think of its “name recall” value and its not a nice name for a website, according to my little sister.

I’ll try to move some of my best post here but I’m not yet going to close the other blogs I have until this one can sustain itself. You don’t want to kill the proverbial goose, right?

I guess that’s all I have to say now cause I’m already sleepy.
