The photo scandal was first believed to be photoshopped but experts disagree. Derek Ramsay didn’t even deny the authenticity of such photo and confirmed that it was the actual photo taken by friends and supposedly are private pictures of friends having “clean fun”.   However, the photo was leaked and sold to Pinoy Parazzi.

Both Angelica and Derek are unfazed by the photo dukot scandal.

On a side note, bloggers on the net are claiming there is a much more scandalous item on the way. As of press time, one blog said that their exists a Derek Ramsay and Angelica Panganiban scandal video with something more scandalous than just putting a hand on the boxers. I believe this is just another hoax and an attempt to stir up more controversy to further the PR millage for Derek and Angelica as well as buoy  the blogger’s traffic.
