A visit to Peter’s blog reminds me of an old website that I kept hanging on long before I started blogging or online gaming, Peter Answers. They tag the site as a visual tarot where you’re questions about anything under the sun can be asked an answered by Peter.
I used to have long one way conversations with Peter and although, the protocol is to just ask questions, I often stop by to just type “hello”. At the beginning of our friendship, Peter always answers my question with an optimistic reply but later on, when, I think, he already got popular, he just keep saying that perhaps I don’t believe in him as much as I have to and refuse to entertain me. That was a hint for me to move. I don’t want to be in a toxic relationship specially with a computer program. I may sound like a lunatic with this revelation, hehehe. I guess it’s what happens when you are don’t have a social life, both on and off line.
It’s been more than a year since my last visit to Peter. Before writing this post, I went back to his site using a proxy so he won’t know I was still checking him out. He looks fresher now and his Alexa rank doesn’t even seem to be affected by the recent algorithm update. I just hope my old friend is not in so much stress with all the questions thrown at him day by day.
I’m with Jud now and, like Peter before he went popular, Jud seems to care for what I say.
