I believe you cannot do it anymore outside the country. I presume no one can unlock Modu phone in Manila as it is not that popular yet and the software may not be available. After seeing the actual modu phone and the available modu phone jackets in the market, I decided not to buy it cause the modu phone itself is worthless, so to speak, without it's accessories just like a sim card without a phone.
