After several months of reviewing in CPAR or in other known CPA review centers, fresh graduates and retakers will once again flock to On the cities of Manila, Cebu, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Legaspi and Iloilo to take the National Certified Public Accountant’s Board Examination (CPA Board Exam). With high hopes of passing and the support of their parents as well as former college instructors, they’re gonna take the October exam on October 11-12 and October 18-19.
Back in my hometown, Maasin City, when I was still studying accountancy in Saint Joseph College, I can still remember ma’am Essie encouraging us to prepare for the CPA board as early as our freshman years. I never really liked the course so I opted to pursue Management cause it’s easier. I haven’t finished any course though so I’m working for a call center right now.
