Update! November 2009 Civil Engineering Board Exam Results.
The PRC already released the results of the 2009 Civil Engineering Board Exams and saw Jovintino Paca, Jr.’s name along with the other 1,199 other passers of the 2009 Civil Engineering (CE Board). Jr, as we used to call him, was a fellow SK Federation president of the Province of Southern Leyte who manned the municipality of Lilo-an after Liberty’s term. he’s brilliant and gained almost all awards during highschool and unline this lone blog author, he managed to pass his Civil Engineering course in college.
I once thought that Jr., would be one of the Top Ten Civil Engineering passers for 2009 and I think the whole Southern Leyte State University also believed in this guy’s potentials but unluckily, he’s not included in the top ten but hey, he’s now a licensed civil engineer with license to build things and even destroy it. Hehehe
