Google Hates Me

It’s PageRank update season and everyone except me is rejoycing as they see their new blogs got some Google love. My old blog got a a PR 3 and my other blog which i’m no longger updating, got a PR 1. I don’t know what’s wrong with this one and I’m certain it’s not about PPP or TLA. A lot of my friends are Posties and they are affiliated with TLA too and yet, Google seem to single me out.

Building backlinks and submitting it to directories, making comments on dofollow blogs, checking out keywords that would make this one more visible and doing research at the end of the day. These are just a few examples of the pain I had to go through just to get noticed. I’m totally confused and I’m slowly sinking back into something similar to a mild case of depression. This is what you get when you spend threee whole months trying to pimp your blog so Google would give it even just a PR 1/10.

I’m planning to totally discontinue blogging here and go back to the old one, the one with the PR3 even if no effort was spent to get one. Seeing this site makes me unhappy.

Hey dude, I just checked on my blog today, 3:30PM and was surprised to see a PR3. I was expecting it, and you got to email me how I did it. No, Google doesn’t hate you, and its better you continue blogging in here. Cheers up, man!

It sometimes takes more then three months to get google pr.Besides its not that important. Also, it COULD be PayPerPost because of those “sponsored by” links. And you’ll be wasting your time asking them for a reassessment.

Don’t stop blogging here because you also need to think about your readers

Joan is right, ask for reconsideration. Go to Google Webmaster’s Tools. Mine’s PR dropped from 3 to 0 last month. Then I asked for reconsideration and after two weeks, they made it PR2. Well, better than having zero.
